Product Details:

We have in our repertoire a qualitative assortment of Ribbon Blenders. These Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough & a specially designed as well as fabricated double helical ribbon shaft. The ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical ribbons with the outer ribbons moving the material from the ends to the center whilst the inner ribbons moving the material from the center to ends. This counter-current action causes good blending.

Applications:

Ribbon design is suitable for dry mixing of free flowing powders requiring low shear force
Paddle design for dry/wet mixing of dense products
Ribbon design is appropriate for low and medium duty applications, while Paddle design is suitable for heavy duty applications
Blending large volumes of dry solids
Dry powder to wet phase mixing
