Cyclone laboratory stirrers are widely used in laboratories for mixing small batches of liquid and slurries. The equipment is consists of AC/DC universal motor, mixing shaft with impeller, speed varying controller and a lifting lowering stand.
Power ranges from 0.1 hp to 0.5 hp. The mixer can be direct drive or geared drive depends on the application, viscosity and volume of the liquid. The speed of geared drive stirrers are upto 400 rpm, can be variable from 40 to 400 through controller. The speed of direct drive stirrers are upto 8000 rpm variable.
